I have known Mark and his work as a full-time clinical hypnotherapist in Bangalore and have referred a number of clients to him when I feel that their health, weight or wellness issues have a subconscious component. Often these include emotional difficulties or psychological blocks.

For example, I referred a Clinical Psychologist in her thirties whose wellness and weight loss goals were impeded by issues with confidence and her own questions about unconscious barriers to change and growth. She completed Mark's three session program that reconnected her awareness of previous successful behavior with weight and eating. Unconscious barriers were revealed through age regression that gave insights into the development of unhelpful patterns, allowing her to release the weight of the past. She found the process interesting and insightful, and continues with her weight loss program with a reduced tendency to be hard on herself, feel guilty or resort to emotional eating; instead enjoying a sense of satisfaction at being able to make conscious helpful choices.

I also referred a housewife and librarian in her fifties for weight loss who was also experiencing depression, low self-esteem, difficulties with sleep, and poor concentration and motivation for her studies. Mark worked with her over the course of few months and nine sessions. Firstly he was able to work with her to improve her sleep, self-confidence, mood and motivation by working through a number of difficult circumstances dating back to her childhood. He then helped her phase out long ingrained unhelpful eating habits, and assisted in her concentration and preparation for exams. In the final phase, her guided her through a series of past life regression sessions that continued to deepen her sense of self-acceptance, understanding and peace.

Since I've found Mark to be responsible and capable of working with deep subconscious issues and emotional concerns in a manner that safeguards or enhances overall wellness, I was also comfortable in referring my teenage niece and nephew to him.

I'm very happy to recommend Mark as a practioner with full confidence and know deep down that you will touch many people's lives in a positive way.

Hi Mark, Good to see you growing and spreading the light. I will be listening to the MP3’s that you have sent pretty soon. I think it is a amazing work done by you by wide spreading this awareness.

Its been a long time that we talked. Would like to share that things have been going very fast this end as well and it is a mix of ups and lows. I would request for some direction from you. I am positive about myself. However, it is these little things at the background that keep increasing my stress. I am not sure whether to let it be or give some more time intervening the situation with my parents with fights all through the day and not generate Karma for myself.

When I received your mail yesterday, I thought that God has guided me to contact you again for this counseling. Please let me know if you visit my city as I would like to speak to you for guidance if you are able to squeeze some time for this conversation. Hi Mark, Hope all is well for you. I am on an amazing journey with the obvious ups and downs with living a new free, loving life however the resources i have acquired since seeing you and being on my retreat have been an amazing way to open my self to an easier life.

By saying that Mr X and I are doing really well and are developing a lovely relationship by allowing and honoring one another even we both disagree. I must say I am in a really fantastic place.

I have done some major hypnotherapy myself and I went through the rebirthing which was the start of what I was going through when I was with you whilst i was on my retreat.

I have had a past life experiences discovering Mr Y was an American solider and I was a black slave, was very much in love with me, protected me and my siblings and looked after me however also  over-rode certain situations which he did all of the above in my  current life.

Anyway that some information for now. Been through so much its hard to express anymore however I hope this finds you well in the meantime.
