Overcome Feelings of Cravings, Deprivation or that Inner Debate
Do you do pretty well 98% of the time, eating right, exercising, but find there are moments when the ice cream, chocolate, bakery, carbs, fats or sweets get the better of you and undo all the good work, or place a limit on your success?
Is there a strained and annoying inner debate, that you know you'll eventually lose, then a feeling of guilt afterwards? Do you even get to enjoy the fleeting short term pleasure, or has the medium and long term pain overwhelmed even that?
Or is there a part of you that seems to rebel saying, "I deserve it, I won't deprive myself", when that's a find of rationalization of a weakness you'd rather not go though.
You deserve and don't need to deprive yourself of a thin body. This program will end the debate and put that food in it's place. You may be able to have it in future, but it won't be able to generate anything like the same intoxicating, overwhelming impact that disempowered you. And you'll find other much more fulfilling cravings for nutritious food, exercise and deeper pleasures arise.
